Child pull downs with out the feet are the best to change babies. Its like a dress for babies with long sleeves.

Baby pants are not an at home clothing. They are super annoying to take off and put back on after a diaper change.

Shoes are also unnecessary when a child is an infant.

Things that actually helped me were my 3 wheeled jogger to walk to the park near by. It allowed me to get out of the house to get fresh air, to expose my son to the world. I was able to expose him to the park and cars driving by. The noises of the city and know that he is safe with me.
