Advocate for Prenatal Rights.

General Guide in order to know more information on pregnancy, safer birth options, birthing rights during hospital visit, comfortable birthing positions and preparing for labor with breathing techniques. General information to use the best birthing positions, biologically proven to induce a less painful birth.

Breathing techniques and mental preparation for birth is important In order to feel in control, in power, and most importantly heard during labor experience in the hospital by medical staff.

In order to have a safe birth, I truly believe, woman in labor need to voice their expectations before and during their own labor to hospital staff. Woman who learn birthing techniques also learn how to have a more comfortable labor experience less pain and shock.

Experiencing less pain and shock can prevent emotional, physical and mental trauma that can linger within moms and children for years after birth.

Woman have rights to express during labor. We should feel heard and empowered to succeed in a calm, peaceful birth.

This includes being allowed to walk around and adjust more comfortably during labor. Being able to refuse the epidural without being condescending tones from nurses or doctors. Being able to empower woman in the highest honor a human can have. The highest honor a woman can have is bear a child. Bearing children is a hard, and long 9 months that ends with an eventful birth.

Labor is the big day. Here we prepare you for it.

The Jaguar Society introduction to child birthing classes course.

 How will we accomplish this?

In the Jaguar Society introduction we believe in sharing knowledge to gain strength and confidence in preparation for birth. You will learn the ins and outs of the 3 stages of pregnancy before the big day. In preparation for labor a mother must feel like she is capable of birthing by knowing the processes her body is going through.

The main lessons are centered around Birth by teaching clients how to break the Pain/Spasm Cycle the birthing mother will be able to manage her experience and feel more confident in birth without having to depend on the epidural.

Teaching both mommy and daddy breathing techniques and support methods in preparation for birth.

Here are a couple methods such as Pinch/ Breathe & J- Breathing (Lamaze Breathing techniques) also known as dragon breathing.

It's tough business making babies!

It can be exciting,

 It can be joyful,

It can be uncomfortable and by the end you're just tired.

But when you hold the human being you took 9 months to grow,

it is all worth it.

Thank you for your time and efforts to expand our knowledge on pregnancy and birth towards an amazing reward in our lives, Motherhood.

Thank you for sharing, being a student, being a teacher, a nurse in the hospital and a partner to mom. Prenatal health is a public journey the more we know the more comfortable, courageous, strong, and prepared we can be.

I firmly believe being mentally prepared for my birth allowed me and other women throughout the world to feel more confident and safe during birth.

I created this course to help other women and their partners how to support each other by understanding the stages and growing pains of pregnancy in order to be supportive and feel more confident about birth.

Thank you for choosing to be more involved in your pregnancy and your partners experience.
